As the Maintenance Officer , you will b e responsible for ensuring planned and corrective maintenance and repairs for our Cazna Gardens Residential Aged Care Home and Retirement Living Village in Sunnybank Hills . Your ability to foster strong relationship with residents, contractors and suppliers will be a key part of making sure every day is the best it can be.
Responsibilities include:
General maintenance; painting, plastering, equipment repairs, installing doors, cupboards/shelves and designing garden layout
