Office Assistant
Location: Melbourne Head office in Caulfield South (onsite role)
Connect2Care is a registered NDIS allied health provider supporting people of all ages and abilities across Australia. We’re looking for an organised, proactive Office assistant to support our Melbourne head office and executive team.
The Role
You’ll keep the office running smoothly while providing high-level administrative and personal support to our Co-CEOs and leadership team. This is a fast-paced, varied role with exposure across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the Melbourne office and support satellite offices

Act as first point of contact at reception and for general enquiries

Provide executive support including diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, and gatekeeping

Prepare meeting agendas and documentation

Coordinate travel, events, and company functions

Manage office, admin, and clinical supply purchasing and stock

Liaise with staff, suppliers, clients, and external stakeholders

Complete ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Maintain understanding of NDIS requirements and follow company policies

Use Microsoft Office 365 and internal systems effectively

Support senior staff and leadership team

NDIS Worker Orientation Module

WWCC / Blue Card

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Australian Driver’s Licence

Police Check (International Police Check if applicable)
Desirable
-
2+ years’ experience as a PA or similar role
-
Experience with Office 365
-
Experience within NDIS or allied health
