You'll be the first line of support for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system and other key applications that keep our 30+ stores running. Working with the IT team, you'll provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation that directly enables our business to scale.
What You'll Do

Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for D365 F&O and other key applications

Log, track, and resolve support tickets, escalating complex issues as needed

Assist in system monitoring, data corrections, and routine maintenance tasks

Support users with application functionality, training, and documentation

Run standard SQL queries and reports to assist in issue resolution

Work with vendors and internal teams to coordinate fixes and updates

Participate in small enhancements and configuration changes in D365 F&O

Support system testing, including preparing test cases and assisting with UAT

Help gather and document business requirements for system improvements

Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles for common issues

Learn and apply best practices in application support and ITIL processes
About You
We're looking for someone with:

Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn

Good understanding of business applications and basic system concepts

Familiarity with SQL for simple queries and data analysis

Clear communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users

Ability to work in a team environment and manage competing priorities

Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or related field (or working towards it)
Nice-to-have experience:

Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or other ERP systems

Basic knowledge of application integrations and workflows

Understanding of software testing processes
