About the Role
We’re looking for motivated team members to join our production line, helping to bring our signature UGG boots to life. You’ll work across different areas of production — from assembling heels and checking product quality, to packing finished boots with care.
Every pair of UGG boots that leaves our workshop carries the mark of our team’s dedication and skill. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in a job well done, and enjoys working in a supportive, friendly environment.
Your Day-to-Day May Include:
- Assembling parts of UGG boots, including making soles and heels
- Inspecting products for quality and finishing touches
- Packing finished boots for delivery
- Helping to organise workflow and maintain a tidy workspace
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and a steady, careful approach to work
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Comfortable standing for most of the day
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Able to lift up to 15kg when needed
