Support Worker (NDIS) - Community Access & Daily Living Supports

Boutique Disability Services is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, reliable and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team supporting NDIS participants across the Mandurah and Rockingham region.
We're not just looking for support workers, we're looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others build confidence, independence and meaningful lives within their community.

About the Role
Every day is different. You'll support participants to achieve their goals, develop life skills and enjoy meaningful experiences both at home and in the community.
Supports may include:
- Community access, including shopping, appointments and social outings
- Assisting with recreational activities, hobbies and community participation
- Building independence and daily living skills
- Meal preparation and household tasks
- Transport to appointments and community activities
- Personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming and hygiene (where required)
- Encouraging choice, independence and participant-led decision making
- Completing clear and professional shift notes and communication
At Boutique Disability Services, we carefully match our Support Workers with participants to ensure strong, long-term working relationships that benefit everyone.
Hours & Availability
- Commencing with approximately 10 hours per week
- Opportunity to grow your hours as additional supports become available
- Potential to increase to 20–30+ hours per week for the right person
- Availability across weekdays, evenings and occasional weekends is highly regarded
- Work across the Mandurah and Rockingham region

Experience in disability support is highly regarded, however we also welcome applicants with the right values, transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
Essential Requirements
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (where applicable)
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
