Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing activities and events.
- Answer customer enquiries by phone and in person.
- Maintain and follow up customer records.
- Help prepare marketing materials and articles.
- Organize workshops and events.
- Prepare documents and manage filing.
- Provide general administrative and office support.
