Full time – $65,000 – $70,000
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to work in the Pasta/Risotto and/or Mains/Grill Sections at our busy restaurant serving modern Italian and casual cuisine at Southbank/CBD. The location is easily accessed by public transport.

team.
This is a full time position available reporting directly to the Head Chef.
Experience will include: extensive food and product knowledge, provision of consistent quality and presentation in a fast paced high volume environment, ability to work under pressure at times, working within a team and a minimum 3 years experience working in the Pasta/Risotto and/or Mains/Grill section of the kitchen.
The full time position is 5 shifts worked over a 7 day roster which may be lunch and/or dinner service, including on weekends and public holidays. Attributes will include: a passion for food and customer focused.
