Description:
As a Credit Administration Officer at Fujifilm Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney, you will play a crucial role in the Finance department. This Contract position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for accounting and administrative duties. Responsibilities:
- Managing credit applications and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assessing customer creditworthiness and making recommendations for credit limits.
- Handling customer enquiries related to credit accounts and payments.
- Monitoring overdue accounts and initiating collection actions as necessary.
- Preparing regular reports on credit status and account receivables.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any outstanding issues related to credit administration.
Skills and Experiences:
What you have to offer:
- Proven experience in credit control and administration
- Excellent knowledge of financial procedures and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Experience in resolving customer queries and issues related to credit accounts
- Familiarity with credit risk assessment and mitigation techniques
