Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, Superintendent, Site Manager or Project Manager (depending on Project size), this position will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of blue-collar employees, subcontractors, plant, materials, and logistics, ensuring all construction activities are controlled and coordinated to Decmil’s and the Client’s standard while meeting/exceeding quality, time, safety, and profit objectives.
