Carpentry Apprentice – Residential Construction
Location: Bayside Melbourne, VIC and surrounding suburbs.
We are a growing residential carpentry business seeking a motivated and reliable apprentice to join our small, experienced team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide variety of carpentry projects while working directly alongside a qualified carpenter with over 15 years of experience. No two days are the same, providing a diverse range of learning opportunities and practical experience.
About the Role
You will be involved in all aspects of residential carpentry, including:
- New home construction
- Renovations and extensions
- Decks and pergolas
- Framing and lock-up
- Fixing and finishes
What We're Looking For
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in carpentry
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable and motivated attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a small team
- Capable of manual work
- White Card (or willingness to obtain)
Essential Requirements
- Current driver's licence and own vehicle
- Ability to travel to various job sites across Bayside Melbourne and surrounding areas
- Basic hands tools
