This leadership opportunity is for someone who thrives on results, takes pride in building strong teams, and is committed to exceeding client expectations with a strong background in retail, commercial, facilities management, property services or multi-site operations. You’ll play a key role in steering day-to-day operations while ensuring service excellence, profitability, and compliance across your region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Customer Service Managers and Site Managers to meet objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee service delivery across key sites and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage and monitor employees, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure performance standards.
- Conduct site audits, manage incident reporting, and ensure safety practices are upheld.
- Drive operational efficiency by working within budgetary guidelines.
- Monitor staff rosters and payroll data to ensure compliance with awards and work agreements.
- Support onboarding of cleaning staff with a focus on compliance and retention.
- Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and WHS practices across all sites.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience across dispersed teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Proven Managing teams
- High-level understanding of Quality, Environment & WHS systems.
- Compliance focus
- Proven ability to manage budgets, interpret Awards, and deliver KPIs.
- Proficient computer skills with confidence using operations software.
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have:
- Demonstrated experience in a senior operations or multi-site management role (preferably in cleaning, facilities, or services).
- Knowledge of the Cleaning Services Award.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.
- A proactive and strategic approach to operational performance and risk management.

Pay: $79,453.37 – $120,000.00 per year
