Powerwin Automotive is Australia’s trusted name in reconditioned OEM window regulators and motors, supplying quality parts for almost all makes and models.
We service customers Australia-wide through our phone/online ordering and dispatch system, and also provide a pick-up and fitting service from our Banyo workshop.
We’re looking for a keen, enthusiastic team player who has a genuine passion for cars and a strong desire to learn. You don’t need previous experience, we’ll provide full training to help you succeed.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll develop both technical and customer service skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Counter and Phone sales
- Packing and dispatching customer orders
- Identifying parts and learning how our systems work
You’ll gain the product knowledge and confidence needed to assist customers and contribute to our sales team’s success.
About You
- You have a genuine interest in cars and curiosity about how they work
- You’re reliable, willing to learn, and enjoy working as part of a small team
- You have good communication skills and can multitask in a busy environment
- Strong memory retention and the ability to recall information
- Any previous experience in Customer Service is a bonus

Salary starting at $55,000 per year + Super
