Responsibilities
- Perform pre-work checks and complete check sheets to ensure readiness.
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on essential service equipment.
- Inspect and test systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any deficiencies.
- Work closely with team members to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Relevant Trade Qualification (Dual Trade in Air Conditioning and Electrical preferred).
- Proven experience in Essential Services and HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of AS1851-2012 Section 13 and a reasonable understanding of AS1668.
- Experience with commissioning smoke management systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to work collaboratively.
