Business Results
· Work with the Operations Manager to review fortnightly reports and implement strategies to drive business performance for your allocated portfolio:
o Take accountability for all movements in fortnightly results
o Shift analysis mix
o Site tracker
· Manage relationships with all customers in the allocated portfolio
· Identify and feedback sales/quoting/recharge opportunities
· Timesheet management including maintaining standard hours, listing all details
HR
· Staffing: directly hire, train, task, performance manage Supervisors and Cleaners
· Ensure succession plan in place for all key positions
· Management of OHS on site
· Communicate issues early and seek problem-solving assistance
Operations Processes and Systems
· Supervision of all cleaning operations
· Training and performance management of all cleaning staff
· Front line customer service, fast response to issues
· Building inspections verified and filed
· Stock and manage cleaners room
· Organise and deliver periodic works
· Control and maintenance of cleaning machinery
· Ensure that all operational process is followed
Portfolio Development
· Identify/nurture relationships in/around the portfolio managed to generate new business
