About the Role:
You’ll sit at the centre of the business—partnering with leaders and influencing performance across both a high-growth international business and key corporate functions.

Reporting to the Group Financial Reporting and Analysis Manager this role acts as the finance business partner to our International Export team and Executive Leaders, where you will provide monthly financial support, assist with the forecast process and proactively manage risks and opportunities within the most dynamic and high-growth segment of our business.
What you’ll be doing:
Commercial Business Partner – International
Partner with a fast-growing International Export team (UK, US & beyond)
Support forecasting, planning, and performance through the IBP process
Analyse sales, trade spend, and marketing investment to drive better outcomes
Identify risks & opportunities and influence decisions to improve performance
Build insights and presentations for senior leadership
Corporate & Cost Centre Partnering
Partner with IT (D&T), P&C and R&D functions
Manage budgets, forecasting, and headcount planning
Provide insights on spend, efficiency, and investment decisions
Influence stakeholders to balance cost control with business priorities
Reporting & Development
Support month-end, forecasting, and variance analysis
Contribute to senior reporting packs
Gain exposure to Group reporting and board-level view over time
What we’re looking for
Experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or corporate reporting
Proven ability to business partner with non-finance stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
Confidence to challenge and influence decisions
Solid Excel skills and exposure to finance systems (SAP, Anaplan, etc.)
