The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join our People & Culture team as a Workforce Data Reporting Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the organisation has accurate, reliable workforce data and insights to support better planning, budgeting and decision-making. You’ll work across systems, reporting and data processes to improve data quality, streamline reporting, and drive more efficient and consistent workforce analytics.

- Experience in workforce data, reporting or analytics roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices
- Experience working with reporting tools, systems or automation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to improve processes
