We're Looking For
A passionate Retail Manager to lead and enhance the performance and experience of a dynamic retail landmark at Wetherill Park.
What You’ll Do
- Play a key role at one of Stockland’s strongest performing centres, operating in a fast paced, high traffic & sales environment, serving a diverse local community with a focus on accessibility, affordability and retailer success.
- Sit at the centre of the asset’s performance, balancing commercial outcomes, retailer relationships and operational delivery to keep the centre performing at its best.
- Assist with the day to day retail management of the centre, working closely within the Centre Manager and the Asset team to drive performance and create engaging customer experiences.
- Partner with retailers to maximise sales, support trading success and deliver strong occupancy outcomes.
- Manage tenancy delivery process
- Maintain effective debtor control
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and development teams to bring centre initiatives and activations to life while contributing to Stockland’s purpose of creating thriving, connected communities.
About You

Experience & Skills That Count
- Demonstrated experience in retail or property management, ideally within a shopping centre environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills with retailers and internal teams
- Experience managing direct reports
- Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in property, business or a related field preferred
