We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team
This is a casual position offering flexible 12+ hours per week. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall operations of our furniture retail business.
Day to Day Operations are:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrate and showcase our furniture products to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and tidy store appearance
- Restock and replenish merchandise as needed
- Provide general administrative support as required
- Listings on online sale platforms
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Someone that can work on their own, open and close warehouse when required
