ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.
Based in our Perth Support Office, you will coordinate and manage accommodation services end-to-end across various sites. This is a critical position that ensures smooth daily operations, accurate reporting, and seamless communication between site teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
The Position:
- Coordinate daily accommodation bookings, arrivals and departures
- Manage room allocations and accommodation systems
- Liaise with site teams and housekeeping to ensure accurate room readiness
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and booking issues
- Prepare and distribute reports for operational teams and management
- Maintain strong client communication and service delivery standards
- Support contractor coordination and system compliance
The Person
- Previous experience in accommodation, administration or similar roles
- Strong organisational and planning skills with high attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in systems and reporting, with solid Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of remote or FIFO operations (highly regarded)
