About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong coffee-making skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy café environment.
About You
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of espresso coffee and coffee preparation
- Ability to consistently produce high-quality coffee
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Calm and efficient under pressure
- Good attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a friendly team environment
