Occupational Therapist – Private Practice | Sydney Eastern Suburbs
If you’re the kind of OT who values quality over quantity — time with your clients, flexibility in your day, and a genuinely supportive team — this role may feel a little different to most.
We’re working with a well-established private practice in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs that has built a strong reputation for personalised care and a calm, clinician-focused environment. This is not a high-pressure, KPI-heavy clinic. Instead, the focus is on meaningful outcomes, sustainable workloads, and giving you the space to do your best work.
What makes this role stand out
-
A manageable, well-structured caseload — no unrealistic targets
-
Flexibility in how your day is set up (clinic + optional community work)
-
A team that genuinely collaborates and supports each other
-
Admin support that actually reduces your workload
-
The opportunity to shape your caseload around your interests
The role
You’ll be working across a mixed caseload, with the option to focus more on:
-
Paediatrics
-
Adults (NDIS, functional capacity, rehab)
-
Or a combination of both
The clinic is modern, well-resourced, and located in a highly desirable coastal area — close to cafés, beaches, and with easy access to public transport.
What they’re looking for
-
AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
-
At least 1+ year of experience (new graduates with strong placements may also be considered)
-
Someone who enjoys building relationships with clients and working as part of a close-knit team
What’s on offer
-
Competitive salary + incentives (tailored to your experience)
-
Flexible working arrangements
-
Ongoing professional development support
-
A positive, low-turnover team environment
If you’re open to exploring something a little more personalised — where your work feels sustainable and valued — I’d love to have a confidential chat and share more details.
