Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team based in our North Ryde office, available on either a part-time basis (25–30 hours per week) or full-time basis.
Key responsibilities include:

Work closely with the Executive and Administration teams to support day-to-day operations.

Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Coordinate the purchasing of equipment, supplies, and other business-related goods.
-
Manage end-of-month invoicing processes.
-
Assist with allied health case management administration and customer reporting.
-
Act as a key point of contact for Benchmark allied health staff.

Coordinate and set up group education sessions and events.
-
Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience in a medical administration, healthcare administration, or similar support role.

Strong data management skills, with experience working with complex datasets and an understanding of automated processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
The ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and use initiative to achieve outcomes.

Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
-
Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams, as well as client management systems such as iinsight or similar platforms.

High-level data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Knowledge of invoicing processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
The following would be highly regarded:

Experience working within the occupational rehabilitation, allied health, workers compensation or CTP insurance sectors.

Familiarity with CTP insurance schemes and related administrative processes.
-
A commitment to continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and efficiencies.
Candidates must be currently based in Australia and hold unrestricted working rights or the appropriate visa to work in Australia.
