We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional approach
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining presentation standards
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their experience
- Handle payments, split bills, and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
About You:
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
