Kitchen Hand – Bakealicious by Gabriela (Forestville, Sydney)
Bakealicious by Gabriela is a boutique cake studio known for premium, handmade cakes and exceptional customer service. We are currently looking for a reliable and proactive Kitchen Hand to join our team.
Position Details
- Location: Forestville, Sydney
- Days: Friday's and Saturday's
- Hours: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- General cleaning and tidying of all work areas
- Cleaning floors, equipment, cool room and fridges
- Maintaining cleanliness of bathroom and common areas
- Assisting with basic kitchen prep (e.g. chopping walnuts, crushing biscuits using food processor)
- Preparing and packing Uber Eats orders accurately and efficiently
- Supporting the team with day-to-day kitchen operations
Customer Service Duties
- Serving customers in-store in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries
About You
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Positive attitude and willingness to help
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good English communication skills (essential)
- Reliable, punctual and takes initiative
