We’re looking for an ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the Five Guys team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work alongside your team, run great services, develop your crew and help keep the restaurant operating at its best.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations
- Lead, coach and develop your team
- Take charge during service and lead from the front
- Maintain high standards across food, service, cleanliness and food safety
- Support labour, COGS and overall restaurant performance
- Create a positive, energetic team culture
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in hospitality restaurant management
- Proven experience leading and developing a team
- A hands-on, team-first attitude
- High standards and attention to detail
- Energy, ambition and a genuine passion for great food and service
