- Hourly base rate between $45.24 and $57.48 per hour, plus shift penalties depending on the experience.
We are offering a full-time position working 38 hours per week; Monday to Friday 0630-1500
How You’ll Make a Difference
- Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents.
- Assess residents' clinical needs and develop, implement and review individualised care plans.
- Coordinate and participate in multidisciplinary case conferences.
- Complete admission, routine and ongoing clinical assessments.
- Administer medications, treatments and wound care in line with best practice and legislative requirements.
- Monitor residents' health, identify changes in condition and document care accurately.
- Lead infection prevention and control practices, including outbreak management.
- Support, mentor and supervise care staff to deliver exceptional resident care.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families and the wider care team.
