We currently have an opportunity for a PSSA and Clinical Integration Manager to join our Health & Education team and play a key role in strengthening clinical governance, integrating Patient Safety and Service Assurance (PSSA) frameworks, and supporting safe, high‑quality care outcomes across our portfolios. Reporting to the Executive Manager, Operations and Performance, you'll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Lead and embed operational performance frameworks that support safe, reliable and high‑quality service delivery across Health & Education contracts.
Partner closely with operational leaders to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and sustainable improvements.
Analyse performance data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities, supporting informed decision‑making.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and learning.
Support governance, reporting and assurance activities to ensure contractual, compliance and client expectations are met.
What You’ll Bring
Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration as a Registered Nurse, with a strong commitment to clinical governance and patient safety.
Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership or operational service delivery within a hospital or complex healthcare environment.
Proven capability in managing Patient Support Services, including food services, orderly services and patient transport, within quality and safety frameworks.
A strong track record in service improvement, quality assurance and client engagement, with the ability to translate insights into meaningful outcomes.
Tertiary qualifications in management (highly desirable), with additional credentials such as Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or formal training in Infection Prevention and Control or clinical governance modules considered advantageous.
