Our team helps clients navigate the final stages of the development process, ensuring approval conditions are satisfied and projects progress smoothly through plan sealing and titles registration. Working alongside planners, surveyors, engineers, clients and government authorities, you will play a key role in coordinating compliance outcomes and driving projects to completion.

Your Role and Impact:
Compliance Documentation: Coordinate, review and audit compliance documentation to satisfy development approval conditions and support plan sealing.
Development Approvals: Review development approvals and identify actions required to achieve compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and government agencies to coordinate various outputs.
Track Project Milestones: Monitor compliance requirements, track project milestones and coordinate actions required to progress projects.

Communication: High-level written and verbal communication and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, consultants and government authorities.
