Role Description
This is a full-time role joining our Retail Brand Ambassador & Advocacy program for Square. We have two roles - one in Sydney and one in Melbourne. The role is focussed on Retail Sales Person (RSP) training programs, In-store displays, POS and shopper marketing activations.
The Square Retail Brand Ambassador acts as the face of Square in retail environments, boosting brand awareness, driving sales, and creating positive consumer experiences through face-to-face interaction. The role includes educating and training Retail Sales People (RSPs) on product features, conducting demonstrations, and representing Square’s brand values, working in-store to build relationships, share product knowledge, and delivering feedback to the both Square and BOO Group stakeholders.
Skills we'd love you to bring along..
- Customer Focus: Excellent ability to build relationships with Retailers and key stakeholders
- Outgoing Personality: Strong interpersonal skills to confidently engage with Retailers and consumers as required. Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Retail Experience: 3-5 years experience in a B2C tech field team, or previous experience in retail or promotional roles within the Consumer Electronics or Technology channels. A deep appreciation and understand for small business.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identifying issues and providing quick, effective solutions.
