Are you the kind of person who genuinely loves organisation? Do you get satisfaction from colour-coded spreadsheets, ticking off to-do lists and making sure every detail is exactly where it should be?
We're looking for a Junior Product Coordinator to join our Production & Design team and help keep our collections moving from concept through to production. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working behind the scenes, thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being the person who keeps everything running smoothly.
Working closely with our Design & Production Manager, you'll coordinate the many moving parts involved in developing each collection. From managing product information and coordinating samples to tracking timelines, organising supplier communications and maintaining our critical path, you'll play an important role in ensuring every collection comes together seamlessly.
You'll also be the go-to person for keeping our product information accurate and organised. Whether you're updating product data, preparing documentation, coordinating courier collections or maintaining our sample library, your attention to detail will help ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
You'll have the opportunity to get involved in product and lifestyle photoshoots too, helping prepare samples, supporting the team on set and making sure everything is ready behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the operational side of product development and wants to build a career in product coordination and production. While you'll work alongside our talented designers, this isn't a design role, it's about bringing great organisation, communication and coordination skills to a creative environment.
If you love being the person who keeps everything organised, enjoys supporting a collaborative team and gets genuine satisfaction from seeing a project come together, we'd love to hear from you.
