MathsHub is looking for reliable and motivated tutors who enjoy working with children and can support students in a small-group learning environment.
We are looking for tutors who can:
- Engage well with children and motivate them to complete their work
- Notice when a student needs help, encouragement, extension, or closer guidance
- Keep students focused and on task during lessons
- Show initiative and work independently
- Communicate clearly and positively with students
- Have a passion for Maths
- Have strong Maths results in VCE
- Live locally to Glen Waverley or nearby areas
- Be available on Wednesday or Thursday afternoons between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm, or on Sundays from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred, but not essential for the right applicant.
