Munster Muscle Cars Pty Ltd are seeking a qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic with fabrication skills to join our restoration and repair shop located in Yangebup.
You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing and repairing a range of classic vehicles and muscle cars while assisting with fabrication work as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Repairs of muscle and classic cars and the mechanical components.
Perform general and scheduled maintenance service tasks on these vehicles.
Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
Interpret technical manuals and manufacturer specifications.
Testing and adjusting mechanical parts after being repaired for or replaced.
Perform road tests.
Perform fabrication tasks including measuring, cutting, drilling, grinding and welding of panels, brackets, mounts and other automotive components as required.
Document and maintain accurate records of work undertaken.
Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Light Vehicle Technology or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
Provide the highest level of workmanship
Collaborating with the team to provide exceptional customer service
Ensure tools, equipment, and workshop areas are kept clean and safe
Current driver’s licence.
Salary
$76,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation
