We're looking for a Product Designer to join our Digital team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll help design simple, intuitive digital experiences that make life easier for our customers.
Reporting to the Product Design & CX Lead, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders to uncover customer needs, validate ideas and deliver impactful solutions across web, mobile and app experiences. You'll be involved throughout the design process, from discovery and research through to delivery and iteration.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design simple, intuitive and accessible digital experiences
- Turn customer insights into impactful design solutions
- Create wireframes, journeys, flows and prototypes
- Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver outcomes
- Test, iterate and validate ideas through research and experimentation
- Present design thinking and advocate for customer needs
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing design culture
About You
You'll bring a strong customer mindset, a collaborative approach and a passion for creating digital experiences that make life easier for customers.
You'll also have:
- 2-4+ years' experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design or a similar role
- Experience working in fast-paced agile, cross-functional product teams
- Strong skills in Figma and familiarity with tools such as Miro, Jira, Confluence and Askable
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into solutions
- A solid understanding of responsive and accessible design principles
- Confidence presenting design decisions and influencing stakeholders
- The ability to navigate ambiguity and move ideas from concept through to delivery
