Duty Manager – The Earl of Leicester
The Earl of Leicester is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team!
Located in Parkside, we're a busy, family-friendly pub known for great food, genuine hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere.
About the role:
You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, lead and support our team, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality
- Holds current RSA, RSG and RP certificates
- Is a confident leader with excellent communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Is available to work a flexible 7-day roster, including evenings and weekends
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
