STORE MANAGER FOR BUSY TYRE/MECHANICAL WORKSHOP
LOCATION: GOULBURN NSW
Salary = $100,000 - $120,000 + SUPER + BONUSES + COMPANY CAR & FUEL.
MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY
This position is based in Goulburn NSW, Approx 1hr from Canberra.
We are a busy and well-established mechanical workshop seeking an experienced store manager to lead our team and drive daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive processional who thrives in a fast-paced large workshop.
About the role:
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing workshop operations with the assistance of a workshop foreman and experienced sales and administration team managing up to 15 staff, ensuring high quality service delivery, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, manage/meet and drive KPI's within the business.
Must have managed a Store with a minimum of 8 Staff and a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Store Manager. Please include a cover letter with your resume outlining your experience regarding the key responsibilities
