As one of the key faces of IDEXX in the field, you will provide exceptional service to our veterinary clinic customers while safely transporting important pathology samples and supporting our laboratory operations.

As a Pathology Courier, you are a critical link between veterinary clinics and our laboratory, helping ensure samples arrive safely and efficiently so that pets receive the care they need. Your commitment to customer service, reliability, and safety helps strengthen relationships with our customers and supports positive health outcomes for companion animals.
You will collect pathology specimens from veterinary clinics across designated routes throughout Perth.
You will deliver laboratory supplies and materials to customers as required.
You will provide outstanding customer service and act as a professional representative of IDEXX.
You will accurately record collection and delivery information using IDEXX systems and applications.
You will assist with specimen reception, unpacking, sorting, and laboratory support activities as required.
You will conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance requirements promptly.
You will ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, secure, and appropriately stocked.
You will follow all traffic regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
You will work collaboratively with laboratory, customer service, and courier team members to support operational success.
You will contribute to a safe workplace by identifying and reporting hazards, incidents, and opportunities for improvement.
You hold a current and valid Australian driver's licence.
You have previous customer service experience and enjoy building positive relationships with people.
You have experience in a courier, delivery, transport, or logistics role, or a similar customer-facing position.
You have strong knowledge of the Perth metropolitan area and can efficiently navigate local routes.
You are comfortable using mobile applications and basic computer systems.
You are reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are committed to safe driving practices and workplace safety.
You can comfortably perform the physical requirements of the role, including driving, walking, carrying specimens, and frequent vehicle entry and exit.
You are available to work the evening roster outlined above on an ongoing basis.
