About the role
We are looking for an energetic and reliable Window Cleaner to join our rapidly growing team.
You will work approximately 30–40 hours per week across a variety of residential and commercial properties. The role includes both indoor and outdoor work, and you will be supported with:
- A company van and professional equipment
- A uniform
- Full training and ongoing support
- Above-award wages
- Opportunities to learn and develop
Each working day begins at our factory in Brunswick, so you must be able to make your own way there.
Previous window-cleaning experience is not essential. We are looking for someone with the right attitude who is interested in making a long-term commitment to our team.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will be:
- Reliable, hardworking and committed
- Friendly and an effective communicator
- Well presented
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry ladders
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
- Happy to work outdoors in a range of weather conditions
- Available to work occasional weekends (optional)
- Legally entitled to work in Australia
You must also hold, or be willing to obtain:
- A National Police Check
- A White Card
- A Working with Children Check
