Drive Performance Intelligence and transformation: Lead the function assessing member and commercial outcomes to guide high-level strategic decisions.
Embed Data-Driven Culture: Translate complex (member & commercial) data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior executives and delivery teams.
Build Commercial Models: Develop and own financial modeling for new loyalty propositions and business cases.
Optimise Program Design: Evolve offer structures and investments to balance & maximize member engagement and value.
Deliver Commercial Outcomes: Ensure all loyalty initiatives drive bottom-line profitability for Woolworths Group and external partners.
Guide Investment Strategy: Develop framework to assess loyalty investments across core mechanics with assessment on trade offs
Cross-Functional Ownership: Sit within Loyalty and EverydayX to align Everyday Rewards delivery teams with broader business goals.
Maintain Market Leadership: Reinforce Everyday Rewards' brand position as the top loyalty program in the market.
You bring deep expertise in performance reporting, commercial modeling, and business intelligence, with a proven ability to translate complex data into accurate forecasts, ROI models, and actionable executive insights. Highly skilled in automating dynamic dashboards, you simplify data access and enforce rigorous standards to ensure metrics remain consistent and trusted across the organisation. You can demonstrate strong operational discipline: break down core responsibilities into annual and quarterly plans with key deliverables, direct priorities junior team and provide QA, coaching.
Commercial & Strategic Expertise: 8+ years in commercial strategy, including 5+ years leading performance intelligence and commercial modeling within loyalty or consumer sectors.
Advanced Financial Modeling: Proven ability to build complex, P&L-aligned financial models and business cases for new propositions, campaigns, and ROI forecasts.
Transformation Leadership: Proven track record of driving large-scale organizational change with demonstrated business impact.
Executive Influence & Stakeholder Management: Strong written and verbal communicator skilled at building relationships and influencing decisions at the executive level.
Data Mastery & Analytical Rigor: Sharp problem solver with high attention to detail, adept at connecting disparate data streams to overarching business objectives.
Project & Process Leadership: Experienced in managing cross-functional initiatives, establishing new operational processes, and mentoring team members in Agile environments.
Adaptable & Growth-Minded: Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a continuous improvement focus, structured problem-solving approach, and positive mindset.
Relevant Qualifications: Tertiary qualified in business or data analytics, ideally backed by an MBA or postgraduate degree.
