As a Senior Commercial Officer, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to protect commercial outcomes while enabling the business to grow in a considered, ethical way. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes being close to decisions, not just reviewing them after the fact.
Based in our Brisbane office and reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you’ll act as a trusted commercial advisor across the business. Your days will be a mix of drafting and negotiating contracts, supporting tenders and bids, interpreting financial and contractual data, and helping teams navigate commercial risk with clarity and confidence. You’ll work across multiple stakeholders, balancing compliance and governance with practical, commercially sound solutions that support project delivery and sustainable returns.
