Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Piping Supervisor to join our Chinchilla Operations team, delivering brownfield and shutdown works across the Surat Basin.
As a Piping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating piping activities across brownfield projects and shutdowns. You will ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

Supervising and coordinating daily site activities.

Ensuring compliance with HSE, client and legislative requirements.

Planning, scheduling, and executing shutdown and maintenance tasks.

Monitoring productivity, performance, and quality outcomes.

Leading by example to foster a strong team culture and safety mindset.
What you will bring:

Minimum 3 years’ supervision experience in brownfield projects.

Australian Piping or Boilermaker trade qualified.
-
Oil & Gas and CSG experience highly regarded.
-
Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.

Ability to perform under tight shutdown timeframes.

Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills.
