Who we're looking for:
Our people are united by a common belief: that we can outperform in everything we do.
We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our Queensland team and play a key role in delivering practical people solutions that support our leaders, employees and construction projects.
This is a true generalist HR role partnering with managers across the employee lifecycle, providing trusted advice on employee relations matters, contributing to talent and workforce initiatives, and helping create a positive employee experience across the business. The role also includes the opportunity to lead our graduate and early careers programs, supported by a collaborative national HR network.
Responsibilities include guiding managers on performance management, workplace issues, investigations and policy interpretation. This also involves supporting remuneration and reward processes, contributing to talent and succession activities, and playing an active part in wellbeing and psychological safety across the business.
To be successful, we want someone with a genuine passion for people and HR, who is confident in building relationships, influencing stakeholders and providing practical advice in a fast paced, constant changing environment. Strong judgement, professionalism and attention to detail are essential. Experience within the construction industry (or another operational environment) will be highly regarded. Experience with Workday and exposure to EBA or Award-covered workforces is also advantageous.
A note on diversity:
We're committed to building a workplace where people of all genders, cultures, identities, abilities and life experiences feel they belong. We welcome applications from people of all genders, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, culturally diverse communities, LGBTQIA+ communities, people with disability, and veterans.
You don't need to meet every requirement to be considered so if this role sparks your interest and you want to help build a better future, we'd like to hear from you. We're committed to a barrier‑free recruitment experience. If you need any adjustments, simply let our Talent Acquisition team know.
Please note: this role is being sourced through Multiplex directly and we will not accept applications via external recruitment agencies
