As an Administrative Officer within the Managed Print Services (MPS) team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative and support services to MPS customers and third-party suppliers. You will work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved or exceeded. Your role will also be critical in meeting internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
