HR Truck Driver (Full-Time & Casual)

B.O.M. Timber is a growing timber merchant based in Sydney's South West. We pride ourselves on supplying quality timber products and providing outstanding service to our customers.
Due to continued growth, we're looking for two motivated HR Truck Drivers to join our team, with opportunities available for both Full-Time and Casual employment.
This role involves a mix of driving and hands-on physical work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working independently, and being part of a supportive team.

About the Role
As part of our delivery team, you will be responsible for safely transporting timber and building materials to customers and construction sites across Sydney.
Duties Include
- Operating an HR truck for local deliveries
- Delivering timber and hardware to customer sites and construction projects
- Assisting with loading and unloading activities
- Placing slings and working alongside forklift operators
- Operating HIAB crane-equipped trucks (training provided)
- Manual handling and physical labour as required
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of your vehicle
- Completing daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Following load restraint requirements and safe work practices
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A current HR Driver's Licence (essential)
- Minimum 2 years of heavy vehicle driving experience
- Understanding of load restraint and road safety requirements
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical work on a daily basis
HIAB crane experience is highly regarded but not essential, as full training will be provided.
