We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bartender to join our vibrant bar team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well within a team, and consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and support the bar team during service
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences
- Ensure quality control of all beverages served
- Manage daily bar operations, including cleanliness, stock control, and efficiency
About You:
- Previous experience as a bartender, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- In-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
