At Little Boomers Basketball, we’re looking for passionate Coaches & Mentors who love working with kids and want to help them grow in confidence, skills, and teamwork.
About the Role
You’ll be coaching and mentoring young children through fun, engaging basketball sessions. More than just sport, we focus on building confidence, social skills, and a love for being active.
No elite basketball experience required — we value energy, attitude, and communication just as much as skill.

Hours
- After school: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Weekends: Morning to early afternoon
- Weekend availability is essential
Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a car
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable and committed
- Must have full working rights in Australia (no short-term visas)
Pay & Perks
- $25 – $40 per hour (based on experience)
