As our fleet continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and organised Fleet Manager to oversee the daily management of our luxury vehicles, ensuring they remain safe, compliant, well-maintained, and available to meet our operational requirements.
About the Role
As the Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing Black Grandeur Chauffeur's fleet of luxury vehicles and ensuring efficient day-to-day fleet operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Organising the purchase and maintenance of transport vehicles, equipment and fuel
- Liaising with clients to determine requirements and providing customers with advice and information regarding vehicle type, purchase or hire rates and obligations and handling complaints
- Receiving orders and bookings, and planning and implementing transportation schedules
- Ensuring goods are stored and transported in conditions that will maintain their quality
- Arranging collection and delivery of vehicles and goods
- Maintaining business records and preparing operational statements and reports
- Coordinating activities associated with the arrival, departure, loading and unloading of trains
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Assisting with fleet procurement, disposal and asset management.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Diploma qualification or higher in Business, Logistics, Transport Management, Automotive Management or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- At least one (1) year of experience in fleet management, transport operations, logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance scheduling and fleet compliance.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience maintaining fleet records and preparing operational reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems.
- A current Australian Driver Licence.
