Baker (Part-Time)
We are a traditional Asian bakery and drink shop, specialising in freshly made cakes and baked goods. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Head Baker to join our team.
About the Role
As our Head Baker, you will be responsible for the daily preparation and production of our baked products while maintaining our high standards of quality and consistency. This is a hands-on role that involves manual mixing, baking, and regular heavy lifting in a fast-paced bakery environment.

- Has baking experience and a genuine passion for the craft.
- Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintains exceptional cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
- Takes pride in producing high-quality products with great attention to detail.
- Is physically capable of regular heavy lifting and manual mixing.
- Is reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
Working Hours
- Part-time
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
- Minimum availability of 2 out of the 3 days, with all 3 days preferred
- 6:00 am – approximately 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm
