Clever Choice Design Flooring is currently looking for a permanent Warehouse Storeperson to join our team in Auburn.

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Warehouse Storeperson who enjoys practical work in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who can adapt to changing priorities, takes initiative, and maintains a strong attention to detail.
Our warehouse stocks a wide range of flooring products, making flexibility and a proactive approach essential to ensuring efficient daily operations and excellent service.
To support your success, you will begin by working closely with experienced team members through a structured buddy system, allowing you to become familiar with our products, warehouse layout, and daily processes. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you will take greater ownership of your responsibilities and play an important role in supporting the smooth operation of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming containers
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately, including small parts and trims
- Monitor order requirements and proactively prepare stock to support efficient fulfilment
- Locate, organise, and replenish inventory within a dynamic warehouse environment
- Support daily warehouse operations while responding effectively to changing priorities and urgent requests
- Conduct stock checks regularly, investigate discrepancies, and assist with inventory control
- Contribute to warehouse organisation and continuous improvements in storage, layout, and workflow efficiency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment
- Take initiative to anticipate operational needs and keep workflow moving smoothly during busy periods
About you

- Must have a valid forklift license
- Ability to follow and implement company policies and procedures

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
