We’re on the lookout for a friendly, reliable team member to join our small warehouse and factory outlet team! This is a casual position that blends hands-on warehouse work with front-facing customer service.
About the Role:
You’ll be helping us pack online orders with care and accuracy, while also welcoming and assisting customers who visit our onsite retail outlet.
Your tasks will include:
- Picking and packing online orders based on order sheets
- Serving walk-in customers and providing helpful product advice
- Keeping the packing and shop areas tidy and organised
- Assisting with stock handling and general warehouse duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- A warm, friendly personality and positive attitude
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience
- Ability to accurately read order sheets and attention to detail when packing
- Comfortable being on your feet and working both independently and with a small team in a warehouse environment
- Punctual, reliable, and available to work Mondays (plus 1–2 other weekdays)
