About the Role
This part-time role (0.2 EFT ongoing and 0.1 EFT fixed term for 2 years) provides expert nursing leadership and coordination for patients receiving biologic therapies and those living with porphyria. You will act as a central point of contact for patients and clinicians, supporting care across outpatient clinics, specialised treatments and multidisciplinary services.
Key Accountabilities

Coordinate care for patients receiving biologic therapies and specialised dermatology treatments.

Support patients with acute and chronic porphyria as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Provide expert patient education and clinical advice.

Liaise with clinicians, community providers and patient support organisations to optimise care.
About You

Significant clinical nursing experience, preferably in rare diseases, haematology, metabolic disorders or specialist outpatient services.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and patient education skills.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable

Experience supporting patients receiving biologic therapies.

Experience in infusion therapy, research or clinical data management.
